The Brumback Library strives to offer a welcoming, open atmosphere and provide a safe environment where people can use library facilities and collections for intended purposes to the maximum extent possible. Security cameras are used to provide peace of mind to library users and staff by discouraging violations of the Library's Rules of Conduct, to assist library staff in preventing the occurrence of any violations, and when necessary, to provide law enforcement assistance in prosecuting criminal activity.

The Brumback Library provides free wireless access (Wi-Fi) at all library locations for library patrons to use with their own personal notebooks, laptops, and other mobile devices. All users are expected to use the library's wireless access in a legal and responsible manner, consistent with the educational and informational purposes for which it is provided.
